Pilates Classes for 60+

Our Golden Girls Pilates classes are designed for clients over 60 who want to stay strong, mobile and confident in their bodies.

At Harmony Pilates Studio, we believe movement is one of the most powerful tools for healthy ageing. Our Golden Girls classes combine strength, balance, mobility and core training to support bone health, posture and everyday movement.

This is not a “gentle seniors class in the corner.”
It’s a thoughtfully designed Pilates program delivered in the same boutique, supportive studio environment Harmony Pilates is known for.

The Benefits of Pilates for Over 60s

Pilates is one of the most effective forms of exercise for maintaining strength, stability and independence as we age. Our Golden Girls classes focus on key areas that support long-term health and mobility.

Each 45-minute class includes:

Strength training to support muscle mass and bone density
Balance exercises to reduce fall risk and improve stability
Core to support spinal health
Mobility work to maintain comfortable range of motion
Functional movement patterns that support everyday activities

Classes are small and supportive, allowing our experienced instructors to provide individual guidance and modifications so every client can move safely and confidently.
