Our Teen Pilates program is designed for ages 13–17 and is suitable for complete beginners through to active teens involved in dance, gymnastics, cheer, athletics, netball, football, and other sports.
To ensure every teen feels safe, supported, and correctly placed, all new teen clients begin with three private sessions. These sessions allow our instructors to assess movement patterns, strength, posture, coordination, injuries, and individual goals before matching them into the most suitable class environment. This personalised introduction helps teens build confidence, learn proper technique, and feel comfortable before transitioning into small group classes.
